What was the highlight of Alcalá Plaza Hotel
Nice Hotel Rooms - near shopping centre. Great value.
The hotel looked just ok on the outside but much nicer inside. The room and bathroom were quite nice. Room had a fridge but not tea making equipment. Very close to a shopping centre and supermarket which was handy. Very good Value.
No tea making facilities in room. It was a bit far out of Madrid for us but fine depending on your plans.

What was the highlight of Alcalá Plaza Hotel
Wonderful
Very good location, with easy access to the train and bus stations. Approximately 6 minutes by taxi to the center of Alcala de Henares. Lidl, Decathlon and shopping centers (La Dehesa and Quadernillos) right next to the hotel. A plus, but not for the hotel , La Dehesa has a self laundry, with decent prices, very useful in the case of a 7-day stay as we stayed. Very kind and attentive staff. Free parking. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, still important these days.
It is necessary to clean or even change the curtains and drapes in the rooms, as well as the carpet both in the hallway (the pink one) and in the rooms that have such. The breakfast was decent but without any vegetables .

Easy to get to free parking in the road good location.
There was a bar but it was closed .l asked if it opens and was told never.

Exceptional stay at Alcala plaza
The staff were exceptionally great and nice, in fact Sam took it upon himself to take us in his car right to the center of madrid free of cost
Though there was a misunderstanding about them cleaning our room and replacing the toiletries after the first day
